If the instrument is switched off before the message:
It's now safe to turn off
your IOLMaster
appeares on the display, potential loss of data may occure. In the worst
case, subsequent start up of the instrument is not possible any more. This
problem can only be solved by an authorized service staff.
Only in case of an emergency or if there is no system response to
keyboard/mouse inputs it is advisable to turn the instrument off by the power
switch.
In all other cases, wait for the corresponding message before
actuating the power switch!
