Extended IOL calculation according to Haigis Extended IOL calculation according to Haigis with calculation of dioptric aniseiconia

To perform an individual IOL calculation, the input data form below has to be filled in. The dummy numbers in all data fields must be replaced by your own patient data. Likewise, two user-defined IOL models (IOL #1 and IOL #2) have to be specified by their A-constants or their ACD-constants. Also, it is necessary to decide which one of these constants had to be used for the calculations. Finally, the 'IOL formula' of your choice has to be selected. After clicking the button 'Perform calculation' a new screen with the results will show up after a short delay (allow a little time for computation). In case an error or inplausibilty in the entered data is detected, an error message will appear. Please note: when entering decimal numbers, use '.' rather than ',' as decimal separator !
